MacNeil, JD, MST...yeah, that's me. As my tax career approached almost 40 years in the making, the last 12 years in the tax credit and incentives space, I decided what the world needed was another boutique services firm.  Well, that's partly true. *The world didn't need just another firm*... MPowered was founded to serve our communities and the businesses who employ, invest, and innovate...the catalyst for our growth and prosperity.
