MPowered Incentives Group, LLC was founded in 2024 by Stephen R. MacNeil, JD, MST...yeah, that's me.

As my tax career approached almost 40 years in the making, the last 12 years in the tax credit and incentives space, I decided what the world needed was another boutique services firm.  Well, that's partly true.

The world didn't need just another firm...

MPowered was founded to serve our communities and the businesses who employ, invest, and innovate...the catalyst for our growth and prosperity.

The tax laws are designed to be the carrot and the stick.  Encourage and reward behavior that is desired, and discourage and punish what is not.  That is where tax credits and incentives come into play.  Unfortunately, these benefits are not well publicized...MPowered is solving that problem.
